摘要
[目的]探讨豆制品摄入与乳腺癌的相关性。[方法]以乳腺癌组与对照组人群对豆制品摄入的OR值为效应指标,根据一致性检验的结果,选择随机效应模型(Meta分析)对OR进行合并,并进行偏倚评估。[结果]共查到符合要求的国内外文献10篇,病例和对照数分别为5609、22291例。以偶尔或不食用豆制品的女性为参比组,经常食用豆制品的妇女发生乳腺癌危险性降低,合并OR为0.80(95%CI:0.69~0.92)。[结论]经常摄入豆制品是乳腺癌的保护因素。
[Purpose] To explore the correlation of soybean consumption and breast cancer.[Methods] Taking into account the possibility of heterogeneity test, random effect Meta-analysis model was adopted to calculate the combined odds ratio (OR), meanwhile publication bias was also evaluated with OR of soybean consumption as effect target between breast cancer group and control group, [Results] A total number of 5609 cases and 22291 controls from 10 studies were included, Compared to those who occasionally or never consume soybean product, the women who frequently consume soybean product may decrease the risk of breast cancer. The combined OR was 0,80 (95%CI: 0.69-0.92). [Conclusion] Frequent consumption of soybean product is a protective factor for breast cancer.
