摘要 针对阳离子分散石蜡松香胶的制备与应用进行了研究与探讨,相关实验结果表明,由十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、山梨醇酐单油酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚构成的低分子表面活性剂复配体系不能有效地用于阳离子分散石蜡松香胶的制备;由常规阳离子水溶性聚合物与低分子表面活性剂构成的复配体系可在特定的条件下对松香/石蜡混合物起到良好的乳化与分散作用,但低分子表面活性剂用量大(被乳化物质量的20%及以上),胶料在纸料质量的1.0%及以下的用量范围内施胶效果具有局限性;由自制阳离子共聚物型有机微粒与低分子表面活性剂构成的复合乳化与分散体系可有效地用于阳离子分散石蜡松香胶的制备,该体系的有效性很可能得益于独特的有机微粒及胶料粒子特征,低分子表面活性剂用量可降低至被乳化物质量的3.0%,所得胶料在纸料质量的0.5%~1.0%的用量范围内可获得良好的施胶效果,且可适用于近中性抄纸体系. The preparation and application of cationic dispersed wax-rosin size were investigated in our work. The experimental results show that, emulsifying and dispersing systems consisting of cationic and nonionic low-molecular weight surfactants are unable to prepare cationic dispersed wax-rosin size satisfactorily even with high dosages. The combination of low-molecular-surfactants with conventional cationic water soluble polymers including polyaminoamide-epichlorohydrin, cationic starch and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) can significantly enhance the emulsifying and dispersing effect, and stable cationic dispersed wax-rosin size can be obtained with low-molecularweight surfactants in the dosage of 12% or higher based on the dry weight of furnish, but its sizing efficiency was proved to be unsatisfactory in the addition level of 0% - 1%. However, emulsifying systems constituted by the synthetic cationic copolymer based organic microparticles and low-molecular-weight surfactants were proved to be quite efficient in emulsification of wax/rosin admixture, and the dosage of low-molecular weight surfaetants can be decreased to as low as 3%. While stable cationic dispersed wax/rosin size was obtained, the superiority of such emulsifying and dispersing systems was supposed to be related to the structural characteristics of size particles and organic microparticles. The experimental data of sizing degree measurement of handsheets show that, cationic dispersed wax-rosin size was effective in internal sizing in the dosage range of 0.5% - 1% with suitability to neutral papermaking system.
