荣地电站增机扩容后下泄生态环境流量的确定

摘要 通过分析荣地水电站增机扩容前后电站下游河道流量和生态用水需求,用Tennan等4种算法结合工程实际情况确定合适的下泄生态环境流量,提出了新的水量调度原则,以改善或减小工程建设对下游河道生态环境的影响。 An analysis is made on the downstream river course flow and ecological water demand before and after construction of Rongdi Hydropower Plant expansion project. The proper ecological discharge is determined by four calculation methods including Tennan method and combined with actual engineering conditions. New water dispatching principal is put forward aiming to improve or alleviate influence of project construction on downstream river course ecological environment.
