满足排放法规的发动机冷却散热规律的研究

摘要 以满足发动机日益严格的排放法规的要求和进程为基本目标,基于发动机热平衡的结果和分析,对冷却系统的冷却器组件(水散热器,中冷器和机油冷却器)所需要的设计散热量做了调查和研究,得出了一些可用于分类比较、定量(在调查范围内)的经验统计规律和趋势。且已经尝试、成功用于指导冷却器的参数确定和研制,具有实用意义。继续跟踪发展,扩大范围、积累和更新规律,将有利于公司的冷却器产品设计生产尽快实现与现代发动机的同步和优化发展,更好的满足国内外客户要求。 A required design capacity of an engine cooling system (including a radiator, inter-cooler and off cooler) has been surveyed and studied based on an engine thermal balance analysis to meet emission regulation. Several statistical principles and trends are worked out for comparison and quantity-analysis of a cooling system. The principles have been successfully applied as guideline for engine cooling system design and development. The work be continued on expanding application of the principles, accumulating data and updating the principles accordingly to speed up product development process and meet customer requirements.
