摘要 为提高冷却系统散热能力,探讨某装载机罩壳内空气流动的数值模拟方法。计算模型中综合考虑了各种对空气流动影响较大的因素,尤其对风扇-散热器组件作了重点分析。将数值模拟结果同整车热平衡风洞试验相验证,为冷却系统空气侧评估与改进提供完整方法。 In order to improve the efficiency of a cooling system of a loader engine, airflow through the whole vehicle is numerically analyzed. Factors that have great impact on the airflow are considered. Fan and radiator assembly details are included for a precise simulation. The CFD analysis combined with vehicle thermal balance test provides an integrated methodology for a cooling system optimization.
