摘要
对对置式发动机曲柄连杆机构及气缸体进行改进,采用对置活塞固化方法将两个活塞形成一个活塞组合。固定后的活塞组合只用一个曲柄连接传递运动,两头的活塞头部分别在2个气缸内往复运动。活塞固化式多缸机对置的两排气缸相对曲轴完全对称,这种布置使该对置发动机的体积可减小30%左右,零件和重量也相应减小30%左右,同时经济性得到一定的提高。
Improvement is done to the crank train and cylinder block of an opposed engine by fixing and connecting two opposite pistons with a crank, thus making the opposite cylinders of a opposed multi-cylinder engine are symmetrical to the crankshaft. The improvement results in reduction of engine size by about 30% and engine weight by about 30% accordingly, thus increasing engine operation economy.
