摘要
开发了基于LabVIEW的柴油机状态监测系统。分析了监测系统的各个组成部分。采集了发动机的振动信号,采用统计分析法、信号处理方法对柴油机进行状态监控,为发动机的运行状况提供依据。监视系统具有友好界面,便于使用的特点。
A monitoring system of diesel engine status was developed based on Lab VIEW and its compositions were analyzed. The status of a diesel engine can be monitored through acquiring vibration signal, doing statistics analysis and processing the acquired signal, which provides infromation for controlling the engine operation. The system features friendly interface and easy use.
