将发生炉煤气生产流程中高竖管改造为热管废热锅炉,介绍了工艺流程,分析了温度、阻力降、积灰等对系统的影响及应对措施,每年可产生效益120万元。
In the process of producer gas production, high pipe riser was transformed into heat pipe waste heat boiler, and the transformation technical process and the plan were determined. The effects of temperature, resistance decrease and accumulating ash on the system were analyzed, and corresponding measures were constituted. Manifested heat was recycled, and the benefit 1.2 million Yuan can be obtained every year.
