摘要
采用苄基氯合成了聚氧乙烯苄基氯化铵(PBAC)。用红外光谱法、元素分析和折光法对其结构和组成进行了表征。用失重法、极化曲线法研究了PBAC在HCl、H2S和NaCl溶液中对20#碳钢的缓蚀行为,通过吸附理论和共吸附模型及热力学方法分析了PBAC在钢铁表面的吸附行为,表明PBAC对钢铁有显著的缓蚀效果。
Polyoxyethylene benzyl ammonium chloride(PBAC) was synthesized from benzel chloride. Its corrosion inhibition for 20^# carbon steel in H2S, HCl and NaCl solutions was examined by using weight loss and polarization curve methods. The adsorpion bihavior of PBAC on steel surface was analyzed by using adsorption theory and coadsorption model as well as adsorption thermodynamic theory. It was showed that PBAC attained good inhibition effect.
