摘要 介绍了化学镀Ni-W-P合金对65Mn钢热处理的表面防护工艺及效果。先用化学镀Ni-W-P合金对65Mn钢试件表面进行封装,然后进行860℃盐浴淬火和350℃回火处理,从而既提高了65Mn钢的力学性能,又利用加热过程消除镀件氢脆和进一步提高镀层的防腐蚀性能,并获得具有类似不锈钢光泽的装饰效果。镀层对试件的弹性模量影响很小(2%左右),不影响其作为弹性材料的使用性能。 Protecting technique and protecting effect of electroless Ni-W-P alloy plating on 65Mn steel in heat treatment process were studied. At first, the surface of 65Mn steel was enveloped with electroless coating of Ni-W- P alloy. Secondly, the specimen was bathed in salt solution and quenched at 860℃. Finally, the specimen was heated up to 350℃. Through this process, the specimen was not only improved in its mechanical properties, but also strengthened in anti-corrosion ability due to the increase of resistance to HE in heating process. And it had adorning effect like stainless steel's appearance. The electroless coating had a little effect (about 2 %)on its elastic modulus.
