摘要
通过对连云港市某基坑周边建筑沉降进行理论计算,将计算值和实测沉降值进行分析比较,指出了理论计算值与实测沉降值存在偏差的原因;在对实测数据进行深入分析的基础上,总结出影响基坑周边建筑物沉降的因素.结合实际工程监测数据和影响因素,分析其影响基坑周边建筑物沉降.由此得出了一些有工程实际意义的结论.
Based on the theoretical calculation of the settlement of a building near a foundation pit somewhere in the city of Jianyungang, Jiangsu Prcvince and by comparing the measurement with the of settlement derived from field survey, the cause of the difference between the two measurements is pointed out. As a result of the further analysis, the factors influencing the settlement of the building surrounding the foundation pit are summeriyed. According to the values practically measured, the way the settlement of a building surrounding a foundation pit is influenced by distance between the building and the retaining pit, the arrangement of the retaining pit, the time domino effect, and press grouting, etc. were all carefully compared and analysed. A couclusion drawn may play a prectical role in coustruction and well help improve the foundation pit design.
