铸渗法制备金属基表面复合材料的研究进展及应用 被引量:4

摘要 铸渗技术是近年来发展起来的一种制备金属基表面复合材料的新技术.综述这项技术在金属铸渗机理、铸渗工艺方法及其影响因素等方面的研究及应用概况,阐述铸渗法制备金属表面耐磨复合材料的制备工艺方法、铸渗机理和铸渗组织的新进展,总结了新近开发的一些改善铸渗效果的工艺措施,并指出了该项技术目前还存在的若干问题,并对其今后的发展方向进行了展望.同时为金属基表面复合材料的制备、选择和开发提供新思路. Casting penetration is a new technology for fabrication of metal matrix surface composites. The study and application situation of the casting penetration mechanism, the casting penetration processing method and its influencing factors about this technology were reviewed. Some technological measures to improve the result of casting penetration were summarized. Several main research problems that require immediate attention including the existent problems and the development directions about this technology were also come up with for providing a new way of thinking for the selection, development and preparation of metal matrix wear resistant surface composites.
