Sci-tech ethics has been attached great importance in the international community today.Ethics is considered as the inherent property of science,and responsibility is the core of science ethics;hence,scientists' obligations are called for in the circumstances.All this is reflected in the discussion and proceedings of some important international conferences.Through an analysis of these documents,we can tell the general international attitude toward sci-tech ethics and the developmental tendency of sci-tech ethics.
