无痛胃镜1000例的实施经验与教训

Practical Experience in Painless Gastroscopy in 1000 Patients

目的总结无痛胃镜实施的经验、教训。方法对本院2002年以来采用丙泊酚进行无痛胃镜检查病人的有关临床资料进行回顾分析。结果除1例患者术中因发生喉痉挛暂停检查外,其余病例均顺利完成胃镜检查。所有患者都无术中记忆,自觉欣快舒适。结论单纯应用丙泊酚行无痛胃镜检查作用确实、可控性强、起效快、苏醒快,但必须严格掌握适应证。

Objective To Summarize the practical experience in painless gastroscopy. Methods Retrospective analysis was done on the basis of the clinical data of 1000 patients experiencing painless gastroscopy under the application of dipropofol since 2002. Results All the patients underwent successful gastroscopy except one who stopped being examined due to laryngospasm. There was no memories in their brains during the operation, and they felt comfortable and euphoric. Conclusion It is undoubted in the cffecl that dipropofol is applied to painless gastroscopy if the indications are strictly recognized.
