鼻内镜手术治疗上颌窦后鼻孔息肉23例

23 Cases of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Antrochoanal Polyp

目的 探讨上颌窦后鼻孔息肉（Antrochoanal polyp,ACP）的临床表现及治疗方法.方法 对23例上颌窦后鼻孔息肉患者的临床资料进行回顾分析.结果 所有病例均采用鼻内镜手术治疗,手术效果良好,无并发症,随访0.5～3年均无复发.结论 鼻内镜手术是治疗上颌窦后鼻孔息肉的好方法.

Objective To explore the clinical manifestation and treatment of antrochoanal polyp （ACP）. Methods Twenty three cases of antrochoanal polyp were restrospectively analyzed. Results Good results were obtained in all cases treated by endoscopic sinus surgery, No operation complication happened and postoperative follow-up for half to three years showed no recurrence, Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery is the most effective method of treating ACP.
