钛合金烤瓷全冠修复龈下残根残冠67例

Full-crown Restoration with Titanium Alloy Ceramic for Subgingival Residual Roots and Crowns

目的 探讨因外伤或龋病导致的残根残冠缺损面位于龈下3 mm左右时进行树脂核桩加钛合金烤瓷冠修复问题.方法 把握适应证和完善的根管治疗,严格基牙制备要求,树脂核桩加钛合金烤瓷全冠修复.结果 钛合金烤瓷冠修复缺损面位于龈下3 mm左右的残根残冠,临床观察1～3年的成功率86.57%,效果满意.结论 钛或钛合金具有良好的组织相容性,对牙龈刺激小,可以增加龈下义齿的成功率.

Objective To discuss the restoration of defected surface of subgingival residual roots and crowns caused by violence on dental caries with resin post core and titanium alloy ceramic. Methods Full-crown restoration with resin post core and titanium alloy ceramic, whose indications were strictly be paid attention to, was performed on the basis of complete root canal therapy and base tooth preparation. Results According to 1 ～ 3 years＇ clinical follow-up, the success rate of itanium alloy ceramic was 86.57% when it was applied to the restoration of the residual roots and crowns about 3 mm inder gingiva. Conclusion Titanium or titanium alloy is of nice histocompatibility, which raised the success rate of subgingival false tooth because of little irritation.
