分子筛改性NEPE推进剂丁羟包覆层研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过机械共混法制备了分子筛改性NEPE推进剂丁羟包覆层,该包覆层具有良好的力学性能。研究了填料变化对包覆层力学性能的影响,讨论了分子筛改性机理,并优化了包覆层中填料含量。结果表明,丁羟包覆层中分子筛和二氧化钛质量分数均为20%时,包覆层的力学性能最好,其拉伸强度为3.96MPa,断裂延伸率为629.91%,且抗硝化甘油迁移性能良好。 The HTPB liner modified with molecular sieve for NEPE propellant was prepared by the mechanical blend method.Such liner possesses good mechanical properties.The effect of filler change on mechanical properties of the liner was studied.The modification mechanism of molecular sieve is discussed and the filler content in liner was optimized.The results showed that the mechanical properties of liner are the best when the mass fractions of molecular sieve and titanium dioxide are 20% respectively,the tensile strength of liner is 3.96MPa, elongation at break is 629.91%,and it has good NG emigration resistance.
