摘要
就离子交换色谱分离树脂在生化产品如葡萄糖-果糖、多元醇和核苷酸分离精制等纯化过程中的原理及其应用作了简要介绍,并就色谱分离工艺对树脂的性能要求及合成工艺进行了初步探讨。
The principle and application of ion-exchange resins for chromatographic separation in purification process of biochemical products such as dextrose-levulose,polyol and nucleotide are introduced briefly.Performance demand of the resins for chromatographic separation process and their synthesis process are also discussed primarily.
