大鼠小肠缺血再灌注后多器官组织中基因表达及超微结构改变 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究大鼠小肠缺血再灌注后肺、肝、心、肾组织的次级损伤。方法:阻断肠系膜上动脉,建立小肠缺血再灌注模型,分对照组,再灌注后0、30min,1、2h,1、3、7d共8组,用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶(S-P)免疫组织化学法观察各组织中Bax、bcl-2、p53的表达情况,在电镜下观察各组织的超微结构改变。结果:大白鼠小肠缺血再灌注后Bax、bcl-2、p53的表达明显改变。再灌注0min至7d,3种阳性细胞逐渐增多,但Bax表达明显高于bcl-2,二者有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。电镜观察发现:肺组织中肺泡型变性坏死及明显的炎症反应。肾小球基膜不规则增厚,肾小管基底破裂,上皮坏死脱落。肝脏细胞和心脏细胞中细胞染色质边集、固缩等改变。结论:大鼠缺血再灌注后可引起远隔器官的次级损伤。
