摘要
以气门自动检测与分选计算机控制系统为研究对象,介绍了气门自动检测的方法,给出了气门检测过程中所带来的随机误差和系统误差的应对方法。通过厂方对气门14个断面的在线检测,检测数据表明,此检测系统和误差分析应对方法具有一定的实用性。
This paper which takes the Valve Automatic Testing and Sorting System for research,introduces a method of Valve Automatic testing,and gives the working methods of the random or system error which brought from the valve testing process. The online test on the fourteen sections of valves has been carried out by the factory,and the testing data indicates the practicability of this testing and error analyzing method.
