摘要
以福氏痢疾杆菌2a为供体菌,以伤寒沙门菌口服疫苗Ty_(21a)株为受体菌,通过质粒诱动,将福氏痢疾杆菌的菌体抗原基因转移至伤寒沙门菌口服疫苗灯Ty_(21a)株中,构建了既表达福氏痢疾杆菌o抗原,又表达伤寒沙门菌O_9、O_(12)和Hd抗原的杂交子,并将此杂交子命名为TSGW_1株。
The O antigen genes of S. flexneri2a (as donor bacterium) was transfered into S. typhi Ty21a (as recipient bacterium) by inducible system of plasmid. We constructed the hybrid strain which not only express the O9, O12,Hd of antigens of S. typhi Ty21a but aiso express the O antigen of S. flexneri 2a It was named as TSGW1.
