具有伤寒杆菌和痢疾杆菌抗原的杂交菌株GW_1的构建

Construction of Hybrid Strain TSGW1 with Antigens of S. typhi and S. flexneri

以福氏痢疾杆菌２ａ为供体菌，以伤寒沙门菌口服疫苗Ｔｙ_（２１ａ）株为受体菌，通过质粒诱动，将福氏痢疾杆菌的菌体抗原基因转移至伤寒沙门菌口服疫苗灯Ｔｙ_（２１ａ）株中，构建了既表达福氏痢疾杆菌ｏ抗原，又表达伤寒沙门菌Ｏ_９、Ｏ_（１２）和Ｈｄ抗原的杂交子，并将此杂交子命名为ＴＳＧＷ_１株。

The O antigen genes of S. flexneri2a (as donor bacterium) was transfered into S. typhi Ty21a (as recipient bacterium) by inducible system of plasmid. We constructed the hybrid strain which not only express the O9, O12,Hd of antigens of S. typhi Ty21a but aiso express the O antigen of S. flexneri 2a It was named as TSGW1.
