鬼针草的生药学研究

The Study on Pharmacognosy of Chinese Medicine Guizhencao

采用植物形态比较、显微观察、化学分析以及薄层层析等方法，进行了鬼针草药材的原植物形态、药材性状、显微特征以及理化定性等鉴别工作。给出了鬼针草药材的茎横切面简图、药材粉末图以及薄层层析结果；为鬼针草药材的鉴定、质量标准和进一步开发利用提供了参考。

Guizhencao is derived from herb of Bidens bipinnata L. and B. pilose L., family Compositae. The paper deals with the identification of Guizhencao's macroscopical and microscopical characters, chemical and chromatography by means of microtechnique, chemical and thin-layer chromatography analysis. The sketchs of Guizhencao's stem transverse section and the powder were showed. The methanol extract of the drug appears a yellow colour adding 2 to 3 drops of 1/00 aluminium trichloride reagent and a red colour with magnesium powder and 2 to 3 drope of hydrogen chloride reagent. And separately spotting the methanol extract of Bidens bipinnata L. and B. pilosa L. on the same silica gel G plate; developping the plate in ethyl acetate-formic acid-water (8 : 1 : 1 ); spraying the dried plate with 1/00 aluminium trichloride reagent yellow-green spots and blue spots appear at the place of 11. 2cm and 13. 5 cm leaving the original spot in ultraviolet light. Above can be reference of Guizhoencao's identification, quality standard and further use.
