一贯煎及其多糖对小鼠红细胞和组织中SOD活性的作用

Effects of Yiguan Jian and its Polysaccharicles on the Activity of SOD in Red Cells and Tissues of Rats

采用邻苯三酚自氧化法观察了一贯煎及其多糖对小鼠红细胞和组织中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性的影响。结果表明：一贯煎及其多糖均能明显提高小鼠红细胞和组织中ＳＯＤ的活性，与对照组相比有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），说明其具有一定的抗衰老作用。

Yiguan Jian is a famous recipe in Ching dynasty. The effects of Yiguan Jian and its polysaccharicles on the activity SOD in rats' tissues and red cells were studied. SOD exists widety in the tissues of animals and plants. It can clear away free radical. After gave Yiguan Jian of 15 g/kg and the polysaccharides of 150 mg/kg.a day for 10 days by into gavage. The activity of SOD in red cells, liver and brain were determined by the method of pyrogallic acid autoxidation. The results were : (718±731 )u/ml in red cells, (6 384±989) u/g in liver and (4 567± 417) u/g in brain of control group,(935± 94) u/ml in red cells, (8 570± 899) u/g in liver and (7 381 ± 926) u/g in brain of polysaccharides group and (954± 86) u/ml in red cells, (9 041± 980) u/g in liver and (8 169± 934) u/g in brain of Yiguan Jian group. The results showed that the activity of SOD in rats' tissues and red cells given Yiguan Jian and its polysaccharides were higher significantly than that of control group (P< 0. 001 ) and that Yiguan Jian and its polysaccharides have certain antisenile effect.
