摘要
随着我国国民经济的高速增长及市场经济体制改革的不断深化,钢材市场竞争日趋激烈,国内各地区钢铁企业都在纷纷采取措施积极应对,由此也引起钢铁企业经营方式及营销理念进行一次剧烈的变革。为此,建议对包钢现有的营销体制进行改革、完善,与同行业先进、高效的经营模式同步。
Along with high speed growth of national economy of China and deepening reform of market economic system and steel market competition is gradually keen, all of domestic steel enterprises take measures to handle it actively. It leads to take drastic changes of method and idea of the management. For this reason I write this paper to suggest Baogang to reform the present marketing system and to make Baogang keep synchronization with advanced efficient management model of the profession.
