推荐一种全胃切除后的消化道重建术──改良Doubletract法

Modified double tract in the reconstruction of digestive tract after total gastrectomy

Ｄｏｕｂｌｅｔｒａｃｔ法消化道重建术系日本谷于１９６５年首创。作者就Ｄｏｕｂｌｅｔｒａｃｔ法的理论基础、临床依据、术式特点进行讨论，并对谷原法作了三点技术改进。１９９３～１９９４年作者将改良的Ｄｏｕｂｌｅｔｒａｃｔ法消化道重建术用于全胃切除术。５例术后随访，患者生存质量较高，按Ｖｉｓｉｃｋ分级均为Ⅰ、Ⅱ级。作者认为，改良Ｄｏｕｂｌｅｔｒａｃｔ法是值得推荐的全胃切除后的消化道重建术。

Abstract In this study three technical improvements were added to the original 'Double Tract'manoeurre of the digestive tract reconstruction after total gustrectomy in 5 long term followed-up patients. This modified procedure was characterized of high life quality of the patients. All 5 patients were of Gread Ⅰ or Ⅱ in visick grade system.
