胃癌R_2、R_3式手术的合理应用及疗效分析

The rationale and effectiveness of R_2 or R_3 radical gastrectomy for gstric carcinoma

１９８５年４月～１９９２年４月，作者共施行胃癌切除术５６４例，其中行根治Ⅱ式（Ｒ_２）、根治Ⅲ式（Ｒ_３）手术共２９８例，行Ｒ_２、Ｒ_３式手术已５年以上者１１２例，存活６５例，５年生存率为５８．０％，较以往的报道有明显提高。其原因主要是改进了手术方式，彻底地切除了原发灶及清扫第２、３站转移淋巴结；根据胃癌的不同生物学特性及患者的身体条件合理的选择应用了Ｒ_２、Ｒ_３式手术；加强了胃癌的综合治疗等。

Abstract Frorn 1985 to 1992, anong 564 gastrectomies performed for gastric carcinoma there were 298 R_2 or R_3 radical gastereclomies with 5 year survival rate of 58. 0%. The authors attributed this result to broad lgmph node extirpation and comprehensive postoperative therapy.
