随着科学技术的快速发展,科技投入对经济增长的作用越来越明显.依据江苏省1998-2004年的统计数据,以灰色关联度分析为基础,对科技投入各个指标与江苏省经济增长的关联度进行分析.从总量看影响江苏经济增长的科技投入诸指标中科技人员投入影响较大,R&D经费投入次之,说明科技人员是技术进步的原动因素,应进一步加强这方面的工作.在研发经费投入中大中型企业投入对经济增长影响大于高等院校的影响.大中型企业的研发经费投入产生的成果能迅速转化成生产力,具有技术转化的便利,能更好促进经济的繁荣.而高校是人才的培养中心,高校人才对经济发展的作用也不容低估.

With the rapid development of science and technology,the effect of Sci -teeh input on economic growth is becoming more and more obvious. Starting with the significance of Sci - tech input on economy development, and according to the statistics of 1998 -2004 in Jiangsu Province, this paper, based on gray relevance analysis and the analysis of the relationship between economic growth of Jiangsu Province and every factor of sci - tech input, finds that the input of sci - tech researchers is more important than the input of research and development funds in sci - tech input, which implies the input of sci - tech researchers is the leading factor for technology, we should improve this work;The influence of the input of research in factories is much greater than the input of research in institutions of higher learning. The achievement of the input of research in factories can be transformed to the productive forces rapidly and promote economic growth. Institution is the raise center of talented person, so it＇ s influence is not allowed to underestimate.
