摘要
研究了铝离子对培氟沙星(Pefloxacin,PEFX)光谱特性的影响及反应条件,结果表明在pH=4.99的HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中铝离子对培氟沙星吸光度有显著增敏作用,Al-PEFX络合物的λmax=275Nm,线性范围为8×10^-8~1.2×10^-5g/ml,检出限为8×10^-8g/ml,对浓度为100μg/ml的培氟沙星进行11次的平行测定,RSD为0.41%.据此建立了测定药物制剂中培氟沙星含量的铝敏化紫外分光光度法.此方法方法灵敏、操作简便,用于合成药物中培氟沙星的分析测定,回收率在95.5%~98.9%之间,结果令人满意.
The influence of Al^3+ on the absorption charaztieristics of pefloxacin and the optimum condition have been studied. The experiment indicated that in HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH 4.99, Al^3+ has an obvious enhance effect on the absorbance of pefloxacin, and the, maximum absorption of Al^3+-PEFX complex was at 275 nm. A linear calibration graph was obtained over the PEFX concentration in the range of 8 × 10^-8-1.2 × 10^-5 g/mL with a detection limit of 8 × 10^-8 g/ mL. The relative standard deviation was 0. 41% (n =11) Based on above,a sensitive, rapid and simple aluminium sensitized UV-Spectrophotometric method was proposed,and it was successfully applied to the determination of pefeoxacin in preparations with recoveries of 95.5%- 98.9%.
