According to national and international conditions and background relevant to the development of manufacturing in Jiangsu province, we must choose the leading industries in terms of development potential, associating effect, productivity upgrading rate, scientific and technology innovation ability and export capability. At present, electronics and communication equipment manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, electric machinery manufacturing, specific equipment manufacturing, medication manufacturing are leading industries. Carrying out reasonable and high efficient policy, giving classified guide and making overall plan are the necessary choice to the development leading industries.
