The paper first discusses the phenomena of commit crimes during the organ transplantation, including those commit crimes under legalization and commit crimes under illegalization. Then it points out how to process the criminal cognizance of crime of intentionally injuring another, crime of stealing and insulting corpse. In view of the tendency to commit crimes during the organ transplantation, the paper suggests to normalize the field of organ transplantations through criminal legislation, so as to speed the sound development of organ transplantation.
