医务人员健康体检情况追踪分析

The follow-up analysis about circumstances of health physical examination of medical staff

目的了解医务人员高发疾病及其主要危险因素的特点,指导他们积极采取预防保健措施,以提高身体素质。方法收集医务人员不同年度健康体检资料,对健康体检结果进行对比分析。结果恶性肿瘤的检出情况逐年增多;血脂异常两年检出率均占首位,其中2003年为26.34%,2006年为46.53%;而血脂异常中两年胆固醇偏高的检出率均较高,其中2003年为9.88%,2006年为22.09%;腹部B超检查中,两年脂肪肝发病率均最高,其中2003年为10.81%,2006年为16.56%。结论医务人员的应提高防病意识,坚持定期体检。

Objective To investigate the characteristic of major diseases and their risk factors in medical staff in order to direct them actively to take health prevention actions and promote their physical health. Methods The collected data of health examination of the medical staff in different years were compared and analyzed. Results The incident rate of malignant tumors increased year by year. Hyperlipidemia took the first place in the two years with the detection rate of 26.34% in 2003 and 46.53% in 2006 year. High blood cholesterol also showed high morbidity from 9.88% of 2003 to 22.09% of 2006 year. Among the detected diseases by B - uhrasonography, adiposis hepatica had the highest incidence （ 10.81% in 2003 and 16.56% in 2006 year）. Conclusions Latent health risk existed in medical staff. Medical staff should improve their awareness of disease prevention and regular physical examination should be done.
