闭合性肾损伤的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of closed renal trauma

目的总结闭合性肾损伤诊断与治疗的经验。方法对135例闭合性肾损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果135例闭合性肾损伤中,肾挫伤92例,肾裂伤24例,肾粉碎伤19例,并发伤38例。血尿、腰部疼痛是主要临床症状。保守治疗97例,超选择性肾动脉栓塞术3例,手术治疗30例,死亡5例。结论B超和CT检查是诊断肾损伤的有效方法。其治疗主要取决于肾脏伤情,保守治疗是重要的治疗方法。

Objective To evalulate the diagnosis and treatment of 135 cases of closed renal traumas. Methods 135 cases of closed renal traumas were studied retrospetively. Results There were 92 cases of renal contusion and 24 cases of renal laceration and 19 cases of renal multiple major laceration and 38 cases of renal injures complicated by other visceral injures. Hematuria and lumbago were main symptoms. 97 patients received conservative treatment ,30 patients underwent open operation,3 cases received super-selected renal arteriographic embolization,and 5 patients died of the injury. Conclusions Ultrasonography and CT are effective means for the diagnosis of closed renal trauma. The treatment of renal injury depends on the condition of renal injury. Consevative treatment is an important method.
