摘要
近年来,随着国内油气需求的迅速增长,随着石油对外依存度的逐年扩大和石油价格的持续高走,国内关于油气资源可持续发展的研究日益受到政府和专家学者的高度重视。油气资源可持续发展能力不仅关系我国能源的可持续发展,也直接关系到国家经济、社会的可持续发展。在构建油气资源可持续发展能力评价指标体系的基础上,首次将过程神经元网络与遗传算法相结合,建立了油气资源可持续发展能力评价模型,并对中国2001—2005年油气资源的持续发展现状进行了评价,最后提出了实现中国油气资源可持续发展的政策建议。
With the increase of the demand of oil and gas in China these years, and with the dependence of foreign oil and the appreciation of oil price, the study of sustainable development of oil and gas resource is highly regarded by China government and experts. The capacity of sustainable development of oil and gas resource will not only affect the sustainable development of our energy resource, but will also influence the sustainable development of the economy and the society in China. Based on making up an evaluation system for the capacity of oil and gas sustainable development, this paper first combines the process neural networks and the genetic arithmetic to sets up a model of the evaluation of the capacity of oil and gas sustainable development, appraises the statues of oil and gas sustainable development from the year 2001 to 2005, and finally proposes the policy of the achieving China oil and gas sustainable development.
