矿业是国民经济发展的基础产业,矿业结构的优化调整有利于促进矿业的可持续发展。以大量统计数据的基础,采用区位商、偏离—份额分析法,对黑龙江省矿业产业结构特征进行剖析,现阶段该省矿业存在产品结构单一、产业链条不合理,加工业弱小等亟待解决的问题。为此,必须以经济效益为中心,市场为导向,相对优势矿产资源为基础,结合矿业及相关制品加工业现状为原则,加快对其矿业产业结构的调整优化。

Mining industry is an important basic industry to the development of the national economics. The optimization and readjustment of mining industry is essential to its sustainable development. Based on sufficient statistics, using the location quotient analytical method and the shift - share - analysis method, we analyze the characteristics of the current status of mining industry in Heilongjiang Province. The research shows that the mining industry of this province has many problems. Fore example, the structure of the mineral product is too simply, the industrial chain is unreasonable and the mineral processing is puny. So based on the preponderant mineral resources, we must quicken optimizing and readjusting the mining industrial structure. At the same time, we should take the status quo of the mining industry and product matching industry into account, and place the economical efficiency at the center.
