Studies of Matching Administrative Innovations to Technological Innovations

自从熊彼特提出创新与扩散对产业的影响之后,不同创新类型之间的匹配一直是企业面临的重要课题。通过系统梳理管理创新对技术创新匹配研究的脉络,发现主要的研究进展包括:创新匹配的必然性、创新不匹配研究和不同研究框架下的创新匹配分析。未来的研究方向是选择合理的研究角度,揭示管理创新对技术创新匹配的微观机理。

Since Schumpeter proposed the influence of innovation and proliferation on industry, the match among different kinds of innovations is always the important topic which the enterprises face. By combing the match between technological innovations and administrative innovations, this article finds that the main research progress includes the innovation match inevitability, the innovation research lag and innovation the match analysis in different research frames. The future research direction will be the choice of reasonable research angle, to promulgate the microscopic mechanism of matching administration innovations to tech- nological innovations.
