伴随着中国社会由传统向现代的转型,以及市场经济体制的日益完善,传统教师职业伦理和价值体系所赖以生存的基础已经发生了深刻的变化,对道德与利益的冲突显得无所适从。因此,如何使这种冲突逐渐走向融合,无疑将是新时期师德建设的一个亟待解决的问题。

With the social transformation from tradition to modern and market economy in China, the traditional teaching ethics and values have changed significantly out of place with the clashes of ethics and benefits. Therefore the writers of the paper argue for the urgency of diminishing the conflicts and strengthening the teaching ethics in the new era.
