摘要
为提高蒸气一空气锻锤的锤杆寿命,本文在锤杆下端设计一弹性缓冲装置,再通过一球连体使之与锤头连接。对这种改进的锤杆锤头部件进行动态计算,并用复合形法对该缓冲装置的主要技术参数进行优化设计,在保证该装置对锻锤打击效率影响很小的情况下,提高锤杆寿命。
In this paper,a set of elastic buffer device which links the ram through a globular body under thehammer handle is designed to increase the life of the steam-air forging hammer handle. The dynamic characters ofthe improved hammer handle and ram are calculated and the optimal design of the main technical parameters of thebuffer device is also done using the compound shape method to increase the life of the handle without causing obvious influence to the blow efficiency.
