摘要
对直升机复合材料动部件的疲劳强度可靠性进行分析。先讨论直升机复合材料动部件的损伤及失效形式.并给出其失效树;然后,依失效树建立复合材料结构的安全寿命、安全寿命结合损伤容限以及可修复结构可靠性分析模型。以直升机主旋翼桨毂星形件为例,给出分析计算结果。
Reliability analysis of fatigue strength of rotorcraft composite dynamic components is discussed inthis paper. First,damage models of rotorcraft composite dynamic components is analysed and the fault tree is obtained. Based on the fault tree,the reliability analysis methods of safe-life,safe-life combined with damage toleranceand reparable component are formulated. A composite main rotor yoke is used in an example problem to demonstrate the reliability analysis.
