摘要
虚拟企业的冲突管理是虚拟企业管理中的重要组成部分。同传统企业一样,虚拟企业同样存在着生命周期,基于此,提出了虚拟企业的冲突可分为酝酿期冲突、组建期冲突、运行期冲突和终止期冲突四种类型。由于虚拟企业自身的复杂性,冲突的产生是不可避免的,其冲突产生的原因在于虚拟企业成员之间信息不对称,彼此目标和文化的不一致,虚拟企业成员之间的相互依赖性,虚拟企业绩效评价机制不合理等。通过这些分析,建立了反映虚拟企业冲突强度的曲线模式,有针对性地提出了虚拟企业冲突管理的动态方法。
The conflict management is one of the integral parts of virtual enterprise management. Like actual traditional enterprises, a virtual one also has its lifecycle. Four types of conflicts in virtual enterprise are thus put forward, i. e., the conflicts found in embryonic, preparatory, running and ending phases. The causes of conflicts in virtual enterprise are analyzed, including the inconsistent objective and culture, asymmetrical information and interdependence among the members of a virtual enterprise, as well as the unreasonable performance evaluation system. A curve is obtained to reflect the intensity of conflict and some measures are proposed dynamically to take for conflict management.
