东北老工业基地振兴的文化反思及创新

Cultural Reflection/Renovation on Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China

经济的发展离不开文化的参与和支撑,因此,振兴东北老工业基地不仅是一个经济问题,也是一个文化问题。从历史文化观的角度审视,东北有许多优秀的文化传统。然而,又由于这种文化存在种种缺陷,造成东北经济上的落后。因此,振兴东北老工业基地,建设新型工业社会与社会主义市场经济,就必须以文化创新为先导,以观念更新为动力,转变东北的文化观念,大力倡导与市场经济相适应的新思维、新理念,这也是振兴东北经济的关键。

Economical development involves the participation and support of culture. Revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China is not only an economic issue but a cultural one. In the region there are lots of excellent cultural traditions from the viewpoint of historical culture. But, on the other hand, they are just the causes of backward economy somewhat. It follows that during the vitalization of the old industrial base to build a new-type industrialized society in combination with socialist market economy, the cultural renovation should play an active role in changing some improper traditional ideas of local people. It means that we shall step up the effort to advocate new ideas/notions adaptable to market economy -- it＇s really the key to vitalize the economy in Northeast China.
