摘要
本文工作测定了PCrNi3MoV钢长期服役后的拉伸性能,冲击韧性、脆性转变温度、还测定了室温及350℃平面应变断裂韧性K_(1c)值。指出,PCrNi3MoV钢在碱性溶液中,在350℃以上温度使用1.5×10~4小时后,塑性指标明显降低,冲击韧性大幅度下降;材料的50%FATT则有大幅度上升倾向;材料表现出沿晶脆断特征。
In order to identify the long-time isothermal embrittlement behavior of PCrNi3MoV steel autoclaves after long-time service at 350~400癈 temperature, the tensile test, Charpy test, FATT test and fracture toughness tests both at room and 350C temperatures for this steel have teen carried out, and the results are reportad in this paper. The investigation shows that after 1.5x 104 hour service in alkalinous solution at 350 C , the toughness and impact property of the steel are significantly decreased, the FATT is raised violently, and the inter-crystaline cracking becomes clear.
