检测尿GPDA辅助诊断妊娠高血压早期肾损害 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究尿甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶(GPDA)诊断妊娠高血压早期肾损害的价值。方法选择妊娠高血压患者51例,分为轻、中、重三组,正常孕妇20名作对照组。采用GPDA连续监测法,分别对其尿中GPDA活性进行测定并与其他反映早期肾损害的指标N-乙酰β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)及尿微量白蛋白(UMA)相比较。结果妊娠高血压患者尿液GPDA显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且尿GPDA活性与妊娠高血压的严重程度有关。尿GPDA与NAG及UMA均呈显著正相关(r=0.738,r=0.652,P<0.01)。结论尿液GPDA测定可作为一项新的监测妊娠高血压早期肾损害的敏感指标。 Objective To study the value of glycylproline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase (GPDA) in diagnosis of early kidney injury in pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH) patients.Methods Urine GPDA activities in 51 PIH patients and 20 normal pregnancies as controlled group were measured by continuous monitoring method and compared with other indices N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) and urine minimal albumen (UMA) which reflecting early kidney injury. The 51 patients were divided into 3 groups according to light, medium and serious degree.Results The urine GPDA levels in PIH patients were higher obviously than those in normal pregnancies (P〈0.01). The activity of urine GPDA is related to the extent of PIH; Positive correlations were shown between GPDA and NAG, UMA (r=-0.738,r=0.652, P〈0.01).Conclusion The value of urine GPDA is a sensitive index in the diagnosis of early kidney injury in PIH.
