摘要
BASECAD系统将数据库和程序参数化技术结合起来,利用人工智能的方法,基于UG的二次开发语言GRIP和C语言混合编程,在工程工作站开发而成。利用此系统设计注塑模模架直观、形象具有选型迅速、设计正确的特点。
The designing and selecting of mould base is an essential process in the manufacturing of plasfic parts. This paper presents BASECAD,a database -based and parameter-based sys tem which is able to accomplish the mould base design of plastic injection moulds accurately and effectively by drawing on information stored in its knowledge base. Using UG Ⅱ's devel-opment tools GRIP,a design system of standard plastic moldbase is built.
