摘要
本文对我国农地现阶段流转障碍以及流转模式进行了详尽分析,富有创造性地从转移和完善政府职能的角度提出了完善我国农地流转的具体政策和措施。以期促进三农问题的进一步解决,加快实现社会主义新农村建设。
This article, through the exhaustive analysis of the barrier and the pattern about rural land circulation, richly and creatively proposed concrete policies and measures on perfect rural land circulation from the shift and the consummation angle of government function, to further solve the three agricultural questions and speed up the construction of new socialist to countryside.
