气氛加压烧结氮化硅陶瓷气门导管

摘要 采用气氛加压烧结技术制备了高性能氮化硅陶瓷材料,其室温抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别为700~800MPa和7~8MPa·m^(1/2)。用该材料研制成的氮化硅陶瓷气门导管装配在无水冷发动机中试验性能良好,经700h台架试验考核后,在沙漠车上完成了11200km以上的道路试验。 By using an optimum gas pressure sintering (GPS) process, silicon nitride ceramic materials with excellent properties was fabricated. Its bending strength and fracture toughness are 700~ 800MPa and 7-8MPa·m1/2 at room temperature respectively. The silicon nitride valve guides exhibit good performance during uncooled diesel engine tests. The uncooled diesel engine constructed was rig-tested for 700h. This engine was installed in a truck driven in the desert and road-tested for more than 11200km.
