Geological and prospecting enterprises have quickened their steps to transform from institutions to enterprises.Tremendous changes have taken place in the external environment.Along with the deepening of the economy structure reform,the economy structure,organization form and management modal of geological and prospecting enterprises will change much.This paper analyzes the problems existed in the contract of geological and prospecting enterprises and puts forward some proposals for rectify and reform in the light of contract plan,contract pattern,contract form and contract link etc.
