摘要
主要研究了QRO 90 Supreme热作模具钢显微组织及其合金碳化物对钢的热稳定性的影响,结果表明:该热作模具钢经淬、回火后,弥散分布在马氏体基体上的碳化物大多数是VC和(MnMo)_2C,其余为少量的M_3C合金渗碳体,因而其回火稳定性和热稳定性明显优于ESR H13钢。
Effect of microstructures and alloy carbides in QRO 90 Supreme hot working die steel on thermosta bility of steel was investigated in this paper. The results showed that after hot working die steel having been quenched and tempered, carbides dispersing in the martensitee-matrix was mainly VC, (MoMn)_2C and a few of M_3C. Therefore its tempering stability and thermostability was better than that of ESR H13 steel.
