摘要
为研究生态不育型(EMS)小麦的恢复性,以27个EMS小麦及60个来自中国南方与北方的普通小麦为材料,研究了EMS小麦的可恢复性及若干小麦品种对其育性的恢复力,并对可恢复性和小麦品种对其育性的恢复力进行了分类。结果表明,EMS小麦按其可恢复性可分为“难恢型”(恢复源主要在南方冬麦区)和“易恢型”(南、北方冬麦区都有较多恢复源)两类。“难恢型”恢复源较窄,如农大95-1s、农大3338-13s;“易恢型”恢复源较宽,如9431s。按对EMS小麦的恢复力,参试小麦品种可分为“广恢型”、“亚广恢型”、“窄恢型”三类。“广恢型”品种对多数EMS小麦具有恢复力,是EMS小麦的共同恢复源(如21688);“亚广恢型”品种对部分EMS小麦具有恢复力,其可恢复的EMS范围较“广恢型”品种窄,而较“窄恢型”品种广(如天引4号);“窄恢型”品种仅对少数EMS小麦具有恢复能力,其可恢复的EMS小麦的范围最小(如运83-2、19643)。
The fertility restorability of some ecological male sterile (EMS) wheats and the fertility restorability of some cultivars to EMS wheat was tested. The fertility restorability of EMS wheat and the restorability of cultivars to EMS wheat were classified. Ecological male sterile wheat were divided into two groups according to their restoring sources, i. e, difficultly restoring type, which restoring sources are mainly in south china wheat area,such as Nongda 95-1s and Nongda 3338-13s; and easily restoring type,which restoring sources are in both north and south china wheat areas,such as 9431s. Wheat cultivars can be divided into three groups according to their restorability to EMS wheat, i. e, wide restoring type, which has restorability to most EMS wheat, such as 21688; sub-wide restoring type,which has restorability to a rather wide range of EMS wheat, such as Tianyin 4; and narrow restoring type, which can only restore a few EMS wheat,such as Yun 83-2,19643.
