Labor Relations in Chinese State-owned Commercial Banks

我国银行体系的演变、中国加入世界贸易组织以及国有独资商业银行的股份制改造,给我国国有商业银行的劳资关系带来巨大的冲击。本文采用深度访谈等国际标准的研究方法,在对案例银行不同层级的员工访谈的基础上,研究我国国有商业银行劳资关系的变迁和存在的问题,并从政府、银监会以及银行自身的人力资源管理制度等方面提出相应的政策性建议。

The evolution of the Chinese banking system, China＇s entry into the World Trade Organization, and the ongoing stock-equity reform in state-owned commercial banks have exerted great impacts on labor relations in Chinese banks. By intensively interviewing bank employees of different levels in three cases banks, the paper studies the evolution and current status of labor relations in state-owned commercial banks, and puts forward some policy suggestions from the perspectives of the government, the banking regulatory commission, and banks themselves.
