热处理工艺及Ce对1420铝锂合金焊接接头力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了不同热处理状态对不同Ce含量的1420铝锂合金焊接接头力学性能及焊缝凝固组织的影响.结果表明:微量Ce添加到1420合金中,可阻碍焊缝热影响区的晶粒粗化并使焊缝凝固组织细化.采用焊后固溶+人工时效的热处理工艺,可使焊接接头强度系数有明显提高.当添加 0.06%Ce并采用焊后466℃固溶水冷,170℃×6h时效时,在获得高的接头强度系数的同时,也能保持高的焊缝整体塑性变形能力. The effects of different heet treatment and Ce modification on the mechanical properties of the sheet butt welds of Al-Li-Mg alloy 1420 have been studied. Moreover, the weld microstructures have been observed. The results of the experiment show that the grain in heat affected zones could be suppressed to grow coarse and the weld structures in solidified zones could be fined through adding trace element Ce to the alloy. The weld strength coefficent could be enhanced in the condition of solution heat treating and artificial ageing. When the alloy is modified by adding 0. 06% Ce and heat treated after welding by water quenching at 466℃, and artificial age for 6h at 170℃, the higher weld strength coefficent wuld be obtained and the whole weld ductility could be kept higher.
